Transcript: Public University UTSA is a public university. Meaning it is a four year school. It is a very large university as well Tuition I am going to school to be a pediatrician. I know that the medcal field has a lot of options, but i love children so much. I just feel as if it is the right path for me as of now. Requirements UTSA! If you want to be a full student resident and live on campus, then tuition would be around $22,429. If you are looking to live off campus you would have to pay $24,101. The reason the prices are different is mainly because of transportation matters. For guareented addmission: You need to be in the top 25% of your class ranking. Your SAT scores need to be at least 1100. Anything > 900 will have to be taken into consideration by a commitee. Your ACT scores need to be at least 24. Anything >19 will again be have to taken into consideration. Those are the basic requirements, of course you still have your application requirements.
