Magazine Statistics 2012: -Vogue‘s newsstand sales fell 16.5 percent -Vanity Fair, 18.8 percent -Lucky, 15.5 percent -Allure, 19 percent -Hearst’s Elle 20 percent The magazine industry is slowly declining in popularity, more convenient ways of viewing articles, fashion etc are being produced, like apps we can download on our phone, or being able to view their latest edition online, which for some is easier than having to go to the shops and buy it. But personally i still think magazines have a place in the market still, but wont forever, more technology is being released yearly, and there is only so much room in the market. But... About Magazines What is The Future Of The Magazine Industry Magazines contain articles and photographs, typically covering a certain area of industry. The content you get depends on the genre of the magazine, e.g. a gossip magazine might not all be factual but will have a lot of opinions from the public, interviews with celebs and tips to loose weight, but a magazine about cars will be more facts and statistics about cars, and will contain more information. No body knows? Whats Happening? What Else?
