Transcript: Router (Linksys WRT1200AC AC1200 DUAL-BAND ): $119 Reasons for Purchase Ashley's Floral Shop By:Nghia Le & Clayton Koffman Networks Router: We chose the LINKSYS WRT1200AC AC1200 DUAL-BAND it has enough ethernet ports for the desktops to be hooked into and a strong enough Wi-Fi signal to reach the laptop and printer at the front desk. We will be using a Peer to Peer network because everyone computer can share files with one another x2 Printers(Cannon Maxify MB2020): Total:$359.98 Laptop(HP ProBook 455 G3 Notebook PC): $449 Costs Internet (AT&T): $30/mon Also we are using the LAN Network since the building is not that big and there isn't many computers to use the network Peer to Peer and LAN Network We will be using a star topology since it is fairly cheap and it can install nodes easily. x2 Desktops(Pavilion 550qe Desktop): Total: $998.98 To provide a network that has what the client needs, a laptop, two desktops, 2 printers, one router, and AT&T as the internet provider. Goals Star Topology Desktops:We chose the Pavilion 550qe Desktop because it is a sturdy desktop for non intensive tasks like spreadsheets or presentations. Printer: We chose the Cannon Maxify MB2020 because it has fast multi-page copying and can hold up to 250 sheets of paper at once and the ink formular guarantees crisp text, sharp contrast, and vivid color. Bottom line: High quality, low-cost prints. Total: $1926.96 Laptop: We chose the HP ProBook 455 G3 because it's cost effective and energy efficient so that you can use it longer. It also comes with HP Root which will prevent viruses and malware.
