Work cited: * The building structure of the buildings are very oddly shaped. * Many architects and campus planners have said that the campus was one of the most beautiful campus in the world. * These bulildings were designed like this to encourge students to come and attend the College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning. * UC offers 304 programs of study which include 49 Associate, 103 Baccalaureate, 85 Master's, 67 Doctoral, and 4 Ph. D * All divided into 13 colleges. * The most know programs UC is known for are Music and Arts marking the top 10 in the us for all programs. *All other programs mark in the top 50 with an exception for a few. Architecture University of Cincinnati Library * University of Cincinnati has 14 library's throughout the Cincinnati area. * Walter C. Langsam library is the main library at UC. * The library is named after the former president of the university. * The library has over 4 million volumes and 70,000 periodicals. * The University is a member of the Association of Reasearch Libraries. * The availability of the library is 24/7 to get books, look up something on the computer, printing, copying ect.. * The UC mascot and athletic teams are the "Bearcats" * They are members of the big east conference teams. * Their biggest rivals in all are with: University of Louisville, University of Pittsburgh, and Xavier University. * The University has 6 team championships.
