Transcript: Example of a Jeopardy Template By: Laken Feeser and Rachel Chapman When creating without a template... Example of a Deal or No Deal Template PowerPoint Game Templates There are free templates for games such as jeopardy, wheel of fortune, and cash cab that can be downloaded online. (n.d.). Customize a PowerPoint Game for Your Class with These Free Templates. Retrieved February 17, 2017, from 1. Users will begin with a lot of slides all with the same basic graphic design. 2. The, decide and create a series of questions that are to be asked during the game. 3. By hyper linking certain answers to different slides, the game jumps from slide to slide while playing the game. 4. This kind of setup is normally seen as a simple quiz show game. Example of a Wheel of Fortune Template Games can be made in order to make a fun and easy way to learn. Popular game templates include: Family Feud Millionaire Jeopardy and other quiz shows. Quick video on template "Millionaire" PowerPoint Games Some games are easier to make compared to others If users are unsure whether or not downloading certain templates is safe, you can actually make your own game by just simply using PowerPoint. add logo here References Example of a Family Feud Template PowerPoint Games are a great way to introduce new concepts and ideas You can create a fun, competitive atmosphere with the use of different templates You can change and rearrange information to correlate with the topic or idea being discussed. Great with students, workers, family, etc. For example: With games like Jeopardy and Family Feud, players can pick practically any answers. The person who is running the game will have to have all of the answers in order to determine if players are correct or not. However, with a game like Who Wants to be a Millionaire, the players only have a choice between answers, A, B, C, or D. Therefore, when the player decides their answer, the person running the game clicks it, and the game will tell them whether they are right or wrong.

If the document is external, he will be from the "Client" side If the document is "Internal", he is from the "Company side" It is only needed in the types that needs signature from the 2nd party side; agreement type (1&2) or formal notice- second party only (type 4) Example External: Service agreement with a client Internal: Work contract extended period Who is the 1st party? It is always the company owning the account from which the document is being created Company "Signer" is the one responsible for signing in the name of the company. He must have the "Sign" permission from the permissions list which means he is allowed to sign in the name of the company. He is the one needs to receive the document via e-mail to get informed about it. All types of documents can have multiple recipients. Who is the viewer He is the one who can view the document in his list of documents Template creator can define whether the documents created through this template is confidential or non-confidential. If the template is confidential, only the document's creator and reviewer will be able to view it If the template is non-confidential, all the documents' creators and reviewers can view other documents created through the same template. What is template? It is the main structure and configurations that can be used to create many different documents. In the template, admin can define the main required inputs (variables) that will be needed from the document's creator. Template creator can also define: Type of second party (Internal or external) Set of client's/ users that can be selected as second party or whose names can be selected as inputs in the document. Company signer Company reviewer Document Creators (who is permitted to create documents through this template) Is the template confidential or not What is Document? It can be only be created through a template. Document creator must enter all the needed inputs He can select the second party, recipients, reviewers or company signer from a list of users/clients that was already defined by template creator in the template configuration step. Document can have many versions. What is agreement type Needs two signatures (2 side contract) Agreement Example The Company signer Just variables Second party Viewers Recipients Any authorized user can be added What is formal notice Formal notice Needs one signature Type 3 Company side only (Type 3) It can have a Client's name, user name or no name at all mentioned in the (doc. variables) No second party needed The signer is the one whom will be assigned to sign in the approve step The signer whom will be assigned in the "Approve document" step Just variables Viewers Recipients Any authorized users can be added Any authorized users/ clients can be added Type 4 Second party side only (Type 4) Second party name is needed The recipient is also the same as second party Just variables Second party Viewers Recipients Any authorized users can be added What is non formal notice? Non formal notice Doesn't need any signatures at all It can have a Client's name, user name or no name at all mentioned in the (doc. variables) No second party needed Recipients can be chosen from the list of users or users+ clients Example Just a variable Viewers Any authorized user can be added Recipients Any authorized users/ clients can be added Notes What needs to be changed? For types 1, 2 and 4 User must enter the "Second party" (single selection) who will sign the document on the client side (He will be by default the recipient) For types 3 & 5, User must enter the "Recipients" multi selectز For type 3, no second party is needed (plz remove it) The "Job offer" template type 4, needs to have the client name instead of user name. [if the user is selected in recipient and viewer list, doc. appears only as one record)

Transcript: Templates The key to generic programs a simple code! Output? Answer Namespaces Namespace is a feature added in C++ and not present in C. A namespace is a declarative region that provides a scope to the identifiers (names of the types, function, variables etc) inside it. Multiple namespace blocks with the same name are allowed. Templates Templates Templates are powerful features of C++ which allows you to write generic programs. In simple terms, you can create a single function or a class to work with different data types using templates. Advantages: Readability Flexibility Re-usability Function Template FUnction Templates A single function template can work with different data types at once but, a single normal function can only work with one set of data types. Normally, if you need to perform identical operations on two or more types of data, you use function overloading. However, a better approach would be to use function templates because you can perform the same task writing less and maintainable code. Example Sometimes, you need a class implementation that is same for all classes, only the data types used are different. Normally, you would need to create a different class for each data type OR create different member variables and functions within a single class. This will unnecessarily bloat your code base and will be hard to maintain, as a change is one class/function should be performed on all classes/functions. Class Template Class Templates Example virtual functions virtual functions Virtual functions ensure that the correct function is called for an object, regardless of the type of reference (or pointer) used for function call. They are mainly used to achieve Run-time polymorphism. The prototype of virtual functions should be same in base as well as derived class. They are always defined in base class and overridden in derived class. It is not mandatory for derived class to override Example Pass by reference Pass-by-reference means to pass the reference of an argument in the calling function to the corresponding formal parameter of the called function. The called function can modify the value of the argument by using its reference passed in. Does not copy the arguments. The formal parameter is an alias for the argument. References cannot be NULL.
