Transcript: This project is going to cost us a little over 25 billion dollars. While it may look like a big number at first glance it is only to assure that every aspect of our business is covered. Owning a private plane, building a private landing strip for that plane, owning a hotel and owning a larger than normal yacht is an investment that is necessary for our business in order to ensure that all of our travel mediums are established. How you will get the money High Life Corporation will create jobs locally and internationally. Being that our corporation plans to develop outside the United States, most of our job openings would be offered to those looking for international opportunities. However, there still will be local positions available. The position offered are categorized by the industry they fall under. Those categories consist of: Lodging Travel Entertainment. Locally The only limit In the lodging field, the career opportunities offered in our hotel The High Life Luxury Villas, are Guest Services Entry Level positions (Front Desk, Housekeeping, Kitchen Staff), Guest Services Adv. (Executive Chef, Restaurant Manager, Front Desk Supervisor) and Administrative Positions (Marketing and Advertising, Accounting, Event Planner). Lodging Kiribati is a beautiful island that a lot of people may not know about. Kiribati is ranked 2nd on the fifteen least visit countries. A way to bring more tourist and business to Kiribati is creating a good marketing plan to popularize the island. Our Company High Life Corporation will provide you the services to have a complete vacation by: Spreading the word Campus Presentations Sweepstakes Giveaway Newspaper Ads/TV Commercials/Radio Finances Although there a 32 islands that fall under the country Kiribati a lot of them are inhabited. So these are all great places to start the expansion. My plan to stop the sinking of the islands is to go out to sea and pump sand, rocks, and minerals from the sea floor and take them to the islands and add to the islands to make them bigger. Similar to what Dubai has done for their manmade island. Starting with the inhibited islands working are way to the biggest island. This is not a permanent fix to the sinking of the islands but it will prolong the effects for another couple of decades. International Although there aren’t many opportunities for in employment locally, the jobs offered would be very beneficial to those who are qualified and given the chance to work for High Life Headquarters (only place for employment in US). Within High Life Corporation we offer positions ranging from VP of operation to Janitorial Staff. Positions such as President of High Life, VP of Operations, VP of Finances, Director of Marketing, Director of Lodging, Director of Finance and Director of Human Resources are salary paid jobs; while the marketing team, lodging team, financial Team, HR team, receptionist, janitorial staff and interns are hourly paid jobs. Internships available within every Department Qualifications for Internship: (1) Must be an undergrad student in the Hospitality Major (2) 3.0 grade point average requirement Must be at least rising junior. Travel and Entertainment Locally Little or No Experience required for entry level positions in hotels Advance positions may require degree You can also choose between a career/job in hotel guest services or hotel administrative positions. In the Travel and Entertainment field, there are many different career paths/job opportunities to look into. We have different opportunities that are offered entry level as well as advanced, on our Party Yacht, (Deck Crew, Hosts and Hostesses, Bar Stewards, Cruise Director, Captain, Hospitality and Hotel Managers, etc.), our Party Plane, (Bartender, Pilot, Flight Attendant, etc.) and our Casino’s (Dealers, Gaming Supervisors, Slot Attendants, Gaming Managers, etc.).
