I've presented at the local college, gyms, and my local food co-op. Why I want the Scholarship In 2008, I committed to losing 100 pounds. I achieved my goal in eleven months. I lost weight through radically changing my diet and through exercise. Me and my family at my graduation in 2006. I'm 23. Personal Goals Commitment to Change I have completed my first 5k, 10k, and half marathon. I completed my first triathlon last June.
