Transcript: A man named Ernest Coulter was a New York City court clerk and in 1904 the movement began. Ernest was seeing many boys coming through his court room and he relized that caring adults could help those kids stay out of trouble, so he set out to find volunteers. By 1916 the Big brothers had spread to 96 cities across the states. In 1912 similar things happened in Canada, and the first Big Sister agency formed in Toronto. In 1913 the fist Canadian Big Brother program began in Toronto. Who benefits?? How the institution might be improved The leaders They have many programs for both girls and boys. These programs and mentoring services help children stay in school, avoid risky behaviour, and experiance importance of helping others in there community. The progrmas include; In school mentoring Big brothers Big sisters Game on! Teen mentoring These programs include ways for children to be active, healthy, they learn to play smart, eat smart and live smart. They also include ways for children to bond with mentor and have fun with them and feel a sence of belonging. Big Brothers and Sisters Association Successful! Whats the purpose?? Changing over time Both the children and the mentors benifit from this program. The Big Brothers and Big Sisters Association is a bureaucracy. This organization is a World Wide association. There are rules and regulations, hierarchy of offices and everyone has a specific role in the organization. Rules are also the same for everyone is all of the locations of the organization. Currently, over 27,000 children are matched with adults in one-to-one programs. Our challenge is to find matches for the 10,000 kids on our waiting lists Who formed this organization?? One thing that they could do to improve is the amount of advertising for mentors so that there are more to help the children that are not set up with a mentor yet. The more montors, the more children that the organization can help and support. Another thing they could do is have after school programs in schools so that children can get invloved and meet people and improve there self-esteem. The more children get invloved the more they will improve. Theycould also include games and small trips to fun places. A third thing they could do is have summer camps. If they have summer camps it might attract more children. They could have fundraisers for the camp so that the children could either go for free or at a low cost. Mentors: strengthened commitment to community service. increased satisfaction from helping others. improved leadership and communication skills. enhanced job satisfaction, stronger professional identity What types of programs do thay offer? The purpose of this organization is to get a mentor for a young person who can greatly benefit from having an adult role model to look up to. Also it has made a difference in the lives of young people by providing a friend where one is needed. How is this organization structured? Every Child in Canada Who Needs a Mentor,Has a Mentor. For over 98 years, the Big Brothers Big Sisters program has made a difference in the lives of young people by providing a friend where one is needed. John Avondolio Vice President, Marketing and Communications John joined Big Brothers and Sister as vice president in marketing and commmunications in 2010. His job is to develop campaigns and programs to enhance the awareness and fund development. Mack Koonce Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Mack joined Big Brothers and Sisters as vice president and chief officer in 2002. Prior to joining he was on the board of directors for both national and local Big Brothers and Sisters. He led innovations in branding, volunteer recruitment, and service delivery "We commit to Canada's young people that we will be leaders in providing them with the highest quality, volunteer based mentoring programs" Over time our society has changes so the Big Brothers Big Sisters association has changed with it. They have created more programs like Couples for Kids, Cross Gender Matching, In-School Mentoring, Big Bunch, and Kids 'n' Kops group programs (for those kids on the waiting lists), and the new Life Skills Program. Children: 91% feel better about themselves. 65% have improved self-confidence. 67% have a better sense of right and wrong. 76% show improved school grades. 80% have a better school attendance record. 82% develop better relationships with their teacher. 90% get along better with other kids. I believe that this group is successful because there are so many children in our society that want and need mentors. Many children dont have either a male of female figure in there life so this program has helped them in many ways. Children are more positive, have more self-esteem, more go on through school and the ones that go on to graduate highschool have a rate of 20% higher than the national average.

ERP software modules can help an organization's administrators monitor and manage supply chain, procurement, inventory, finance, product lifecycle, projects, human resources and other mission-critical components of a business through a series of interconnected executive dashboards. In order for an ERP software deployment to be useful, however, it needs to be integrated with other software systems the organization uses. For this reason, deployment of a new ERP system in-house can involve considerable business process reengineering, employee retraining and back-end information technology (IT) support for database integration, data analytics and ad hoc reporting. Some SAP Modules SAP Business Analytics SAP BusinessObject(BO)-Business Intelligence-BI SAP-SAP BusinessObjects(BO-BI) SAP, started in 1972 by five former IBM employees in Mannheim, Germany, states that it is the world's largest inter-enterprise software company and the world's fourth-largest independent software supplier, overall. Argument 1: The sluggish rise of social reform towards equality in the '50-60's disappointed many of the minorities suffering from economic, racial, social and political segregation. This made Rev.
