Transcript: My topic is about some of the different approaches to leadership, how they were executed and by whom, and how each one has impacted today's world. Approaches of Leadership Planning the Paper Thank you! Sources, Working Bibliography and notes, all in one! Outline Pre Writing The very first thing I did was look at the list from Ballenger. Places, trends, things, technologies, people, controversies, history, jobs, habits, and hobbies. My first thought was history and people, and I wanted to do Abraham Lincoln and how his personality played into his presidency. I decided that it was too specific and that I needed to broaden it a little. I got to thinking about what a great leader he was, and asked questions about his leadership skills, and was lead into all leaders and their approaches. Notebook Presentation Kelsey Brainard Sketch I used Zotero, and it really helped me keep my sources and notes organized. It allows me to choose what kind of source it is (book, journal, etc.) and lets me add notes so that I can go back and remember what was useful.
