Transcript: Winnie the Pooh Kaleigh Walsh Over the years there have been many versions of the popular tv show Scooby-Doo Where Are You? It was first created byJoe Ruby and Ken Spears in 1969.The very first episode aired in 1971. It played on CBS and ABC family. Currently Cartoon Network plays new episodes of the popular TV series. Popeye the Sailor Man Mickey Mouse was first created in 1928 and first appeared on television on November 18th. The first episode was Steamboat Willie. It was originally meant to be only a comic character but as of this year Mickey has appeared in 130 movies and TV shows. Old Fashioned Cartoons Looney Toons is a series of short films by Warner Bros which aired in 1930. Oringinally the series showed the adventures of Bosko and Buddy. Later on they presented characters such as Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck,Porky Pig, Elmer Fud, Tweety, Taz, Sylvester and so on. Warner Bros. also showed Lonney Toons sister show Merrie Melodies. Charlie Brown is originally a character from the comic strip the Peanuts. The comic first appeared in 1950. Both the comic srtip and TV show was created by Charkes M. Shulz. Charlie Brown is a lovable loser and is usually addressed by his full name and his catch phrase "good grief". Charlie Brown has a sister named Sally, a very intelligent dog Snoopy and Charlie Brown'd best friend Linus. Popeye is a based on a comic strip by Elzie Crisler Segar. Popeye first aired in 1933 by Thimble Theaters presented by Paramount Pictures. People that you will see in the cartoon/comic is Olive Oyl, Popeye's love and Poopdeck Pappy and Nana Oyl Olives grandma. Charlie Brown Smurfs Scooby-Doo Mickey Mouse The Smurfs was created by Peyo in 1958. t was originaly a comic and television show in Belgium. It was also originally in French, not English. Peyo came up with name Smurf when a fellow comic said Schromfp for the word salt. Smurfs are mystical little blue people who live in the forest with their one Papa. Looney Toons Winnie the Pooh was created by A.A Milne and first appeared in 1924 and is also called "Pooh Bear". It was originally a story and hten became a cartoon. It was based on the author's son's bear named Winnie which was actually a real canadian balck bears name! The stories are set in Ashdown Woods a place in England. In the stories it is called the "Hundred Acre Woods".

Circa 1550 the camera back then was the size of a room! 1685 The first hand held camera was formally introduced in 1685 by inventor Johaan Zahn. Though it would be nearly almost 150 years till that application would be possible. first handheld camera 1816 The first partially successful photograph of a camera image was made in approximately 1816 by Nic`ephore Ni`epce(that is not a made up name.) , using of his very own making and a piece of paper coated with silver chloride, which darkened where it was exposed to light. He was a french inventor, now he is identified as the pioneer of photography. He also was the inventor of Heliography, the art of perserving artwork. Nic`ephore Ni`epce 1900 The use of photographic film was pioneered by George Eastman. The camera that George invented was called the "kodak". The "kodak" was a simple hand held box camera with a fixed focused lens and single shutter speed. 1900 2003 The camera industry stopped selling working old fashioned cameras in 2003 because they no longer had the correct film in order to operate those cameras. future The cameras of the future will be inside of a contact lens, but the camera will not irritate the eye. Transcript: TV Through The Years 1930 The first official introduction of the commercial TV was in 1939. It was available for anyone who wanted to buy it. The first channels you could get were NBC and CBS. Although they we available, many families could not afford them. TVs back them were anywhere form $400 to $500 dollars. The average family income was around 1,300 a year. 1930 Television 1950 The 1950 has been called the golden age of television because of all the amazing TV shows that were being broadcast. By now color had been invented and even a remote control were available too. Although these were a thing you could purchase, many people did not . By the end of the decade a smaller TV without color would cost you about $200. A bigger TV with color would be around $500 dollars. The average household income was 3,300 dollars a year. 1950 Television 1970 By now the first episode of the beloved TV show "Sesame Street" first aired. There were now evening programs on every night. The average salary for a household was around $7,500 and TVs would cost you $400 to $700 dollars. 1970 Television The 1990 was the age of technology. Many new devices were coming out and the internet was the new thing. A lot of homes could go out and buy the personal computer for there family. New channels like HBO and FCC aired more and more TV shows. 1990 Television 1990 At this point in time families were buying the new home DVD player. Now families didn't have to go to the theater to watch movies. They would just stay in the comfort of their homes. With advances in technology, manufacturers could make the screen wider and and a better quality of picture. Reality shows become the new thing. American Idol was the biggest show then. Now for a 30- second add on the show would cost 750,000 dollars 2000-Now Television 2000 The futuristic TV will be clear like class and connect to all of the other appliances in the house. When people leave the room it will pause the show that you were watching. Also it will be 3D without having to wear classes. Futuristic Television future
