We get our ideas of food from different Asian countries such as China, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnamese, Japanese, etc. We are basically a fast food chain place with the concept of an “Asian Subway/Chipotle”. Unlike these places, most of our food is freshly prepared. We receive fresh fish everyday, which are used for sushi and salads. We have just-made chilled and hot grab and go dishes. Kent grew up on a farm just south of Findlay, OH. He has a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Ohio State University and a Master of Divinity degree. Along with his schooling, he also became a Certified Personal Trainer (1 of 3 Function Aging Specialists in Ohio). Kent has always been keen towards training and helping others, developing his own personal fitness program called 9Minutes2Fit and writing a book on Media and Ministry. Kent has 3 Kids, all in their 20’s. His oldest just started a tech company in California, his middle child works for an internet start-up in New York, and his youngest is a senior nursing student at the University of Cincinnati. Kent enjoys all things related to leadership, personal development, health, fitness, spirituality, and farming. He continues to develop himself on current and important topics to help him become more accustomed with the ever changing society. In his free time, Kent enjoys continued learning, driving through farm equipment dealerships, and watching his Buckeyes on Saturdays. Kent started with Simos team as a general labor worker in January 2020 with Lowes Findlay OH. Kent immediately showed initiative and drive with learning the tasks at hand while at work and performing above and beyond the required performance daily. After showing great promise in the general labor area, Kent was given an opportunity to help represent Simos on our Day Shift TTH group as a team lead in June of 2020. In this position, Kent hit some great strides with revamping the orientation process and being a strong representative between Lowes and Simos. With his success in helping the onboarding process overall at Lowes OH, Kent was given an opportunity to help his growth by accepting a Traveling Lead position in April 2021. Kent bravely chose this unknown position and has been traveling for the team since. Putting in miles, time, and effort, Kent has worked hard at helping sites in Florida, Kentucky, North Carolina, Indiana and Florida. Kent brings a positive spin day in and day out with a constant hunger to learn and grow! Kent Wilson Dave grew up in Tiffin, OH. Growing up, Dave showed interest in multiple areas and traveled around the US. Dave has held various positions through his career, his most recent before joining Simos was a Shift Supervisor for an Injection Molding company in Tiffin, OH. Dave has been happily married for 21 years to his wife, Patricia. Together they have 2 kids, and is expecting and grandchild here soon. In his free time, Dave enjoys grilling out with friends and family. When he gets some alone time, he enjoys a good video game session to relax and kick back with. Dave started with the Simos team as a general labor worker in November of 2018. Dave showed great experience overall in the receiving department and became a big advocate with training and overall support in the area. In August of 2020, Lowes requested an additional Weekend Night Shift and wanted us to provide Temp to Hires and a Lead Representative for the shift. Dave was promoted to lead for the shift, and has been a huge advocate and support in the success for the shift. With Daves support on the shift, we are seeing amazing retention overall (over 60% hire in rate vs total TTH on shift) andhave gotten nothing but high praise on his work ethic and attitude on the shift. As a result of his hard work, he was promoted to Sr Team Lead on August of 2021. Dave continues to be a huge help on the shift as well working on providing overall solutions and feedback for the team! Dave Aiello Dan is from the Bowling Green area. He lives with his wife, Katie, her service dog, and 2 cats. They recently moved into a mobile home to begin their adventure together. Before working with Simos, Dan was an intern with Mendards Distribution Center, where he learned the basics of logistics and distribution in a real world setting. Continuing graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In his free time he enjoys streaming video game content and posting it on various social media platforms. He also enjoys being in nature, taking long hikes with his wife when possible. Dan started with the Simos team as a general labor worker in August of 2018. Dan hit the floor running, almost instantly hitting expected performance goals, and learning multiple functions very quickly! Three months into the job, Dan was promoted to a head trainer for our Non Con Department. As a trainer, Dan helped set the standards and goals for the team and the expectations they need to hit, which turned our Non Con team into well oiled machine who can mostly hit production standards!
