Duties & Responsibilities: To source new sponsors Negotiate arrangements with sponsors Liaising & coordinating with sponsors in the lead up to and at the events Maintain accurate records of all sponsored approached and outcomes Conduct day-to-day operational management of activities relating to fundraising setting reasonable fundraising goals Research and contact potential funders Taking responsibility in initiating, planning & implanting all activities needed relating to fundrasing. Belbin: Plant- Creative, imaginative, unorthodox and good at problem solving Resource Investigator: Extrovert, enthusiastic, communicative, explorer and a good connection maker Duties & Responsibilities: · Updating Spotlight Events social media pages with he latest news · Marketing for the event trying to reach as many people as possible · The designing of all flyers and posters to be used for the marketing and advertising · The research of possible venues in Manchester and surrounding areas · Liaising and coordinating with the venue manager in the lead up to the event · Communicate with the whole group and keep them up to date of my work process Belbin- Plant: Creative, Motivated, Problem-solver, artistic Duties and Responsibilities as Client Liaison: Provide required information and documents to client. Monitor client satisfaction through follow up on solving client issues and problems. Collaborate with the different clients (Tony, comedians, venue managers) to identify and implement value added services. Provide excellent communication skills between the clients and the team insuring appropriate information is shared accordingly. Duties and Responsibilities as Health and Safety Manager: Create a detailed and clear risk assessment and consider how risks can be reduced. carrying out a venue inspections before the event to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented. Belbin: Co-Ordinator - confident a good chairperson, clarifies goals, delegates well. Implementer - Disciplined, reliable, conservative and efficient.
