The Luau

Transcript: So if we added colorful lanterns around the outside of Tucker and lined the edge of the stage (away from people) with mason jars lined with tissue paper, we will have the perfect luau/underwater effect. We can't have an underwater luau without some bubbles floating around! (Unless we are not allowed to do that... in which case never mind.) And some paper animals are swimming around the seaweed. The Color Palette *please note that this would be very difficult to do in such limited time* Questions and Comments... GO!!! As we move into Tucker, the decorations transform into the underwater part. Also, if Grace (and/or other people) take early pictures, we may(MAY!) be able to have them pinned up by the end of the night. The Luau And last but not least... Of course we need some way to spruce up the darkness... The Luau in Full Swing The drinks have umbrellas Lighting Under the Sea... The ceiling would have twisted streamers to create the illusion that we are underwater. The columns will be wrapped in leaves to form a "palm tree" type look. Placed in the middle of each table is one mason jar full of tissue paper flowers. Sand could fill the bottom. Under the Sea The side walls have green streamers to create seaweed. Materials: -Carboard -Glue -Flowers When you first walk in, the name of the dance will be spelled out in front of the dining commons. Tables are wearing skirts The "Luau" theme will really be shown in the Dining Commons. Welcome to... the LUAU (Under the Sea)
