Transcript: (A) In human cells, DSBs may be repaired through the double-strand break repair (DSBR) pathway or the non-crossover synthesis-dependent strand annealing (SDSA) pathway. Both crossover and non-crossover DSBR can occur. (B) The HBD locus from the 7 recombined 3PN embryos were similarly examined as above. * Indicates that the HBD locus failed to be amplified in two of the embryos.
