Transcript: The Recycle Bot 3000 By Leslie Lopez Introduction Introduction Explaining intro Today I am going to be explaining how my invention works and what it is used for but also how it will benefit people's lives! Just a brief summary my inventions is called the Recycle Bot 3000, and it is a automatic recycle machine. Invention Information More Information What is it? Problem Solving My invention will be helping with global warming. It will also be helping with recycling and everything being properly sorted. It's function How my invention works is there will be little lights that flash green and red. The red means that something does not belong, and green means that is does belong. There will be a trash can then a lid with two slots to divide the trash. There will be a layer of metal and then a places for wires if needed, and then an outside layer to cover it up. How it works Who it helps I think my invention will help anyone and everyone. Maybe people who have to sort through the trash. So basically adults and maybe even kids so they can know what is and isn't recyclable. Who it helps This is a sketch of what it would look like. What it looks like Why this idea? Reason behind this Idea Why? I saw a moral on a show. It was about a janitor. So basically he really cared about the environment, and would always take his time and sort through it. But students would always take advantage of what he did. Reason 1 Another reason I chose this was because we are killing nature. Instead of making good decisions, we make bad ones. When we can be making good ones instead. Reason 2 About the Inventor Inventor facts Fact 1 and 2 My name is Leslie and I am from California. Currently I am an eleven year old girl.
