My business would be classified as an intermediary. We get the food from farmers/grocers, store it until ordered, prepare it, and sell it to a customer. It could also be classified as a retailer because we do sell food at the facility. How much product or service will be sold/produced in a month? I think the owner should have a business degree from a 2+ year college and culinary arts experience. What qualifications does the owner have to attain to run the business? & We offer various meal options, drinks, and also free TV and Wi-Fi By Jacob Russell- ITB Pd. 1 Green & White Sports Restaurant Sports Restaurant How much we sell and how much is produced varies greatly per month. But we will be open 14 hours a day everyday. That's 434 hours of service a month. WHITE Prepares all meals ordered.
