Life Science We need to learn the hierarchical relationships of cells, tissues, organs, and organ systems Life Science We learn how two or more organs work together to perform a function.. Science for Teachers Final Exam Project Life Science In life science we learn to Identify human body systems We need to know when dangerous weather is approaching where we live so we can find a safe place to wait out the storm. If you farm you need to know how to predict the weather in order to know when to plant and grow your crops. If you are planning an outdoor event you have to know what the weather conditions for that day are so you can dress and prepare accordingly. This knowledge is important to the existence of all organisms. We have to know how things reproduce to save species from extinction. MR. Hanson's We learn how to mix different liquids, gases, and solids. We learn how to make things that we use every day of our life. We learn how to make Common solution products like: soaps, glues, paints, medicines, tea, etc… We need to know characteristics of Thunderstorms, tornadoes/ hurricanes/cyclones/ typhoons, Droughts, and acid precipitation. The better we understand these types of weather-related phenomena's the easier it will be to prevent the ones that can be prevented. We learn how the body works, how it is made up and how it can go wrong. We learn how to provide treatment that our bodies sometimes need to feel better, To understand the planet we live on. Learning about science helps us to understand what are some environmentally safe alternatives to producing energy other than the use of fossil fuel. Renewable Energy Because of the study of science. Earth Science We learn how to Predict weather conditions using data. We need to know what are the positive and negative effects of solar energy on the earth, on the different environments, and the atmosphere. We need to know if solar energy reflected from the earth’s surface causes any unsafe radiation in the atmosphere. Understanding the effects humans have on the atmosphere, may teach us how to slow down or stop global warming. We may learn how to prevent some of the dangerous weather conditions that happen on our planet. We may even learn how to protect the atmosphere that causes these storms, so that fewer dangerous storms happen.
