Transcript: At the temple, we had a Carom board competition. In order to have participated, you must have paid a $20 fee.I organized the Carom Boards and asked for donations. In all, I raised $1,092. With the money, the temple purchased building materials for their new welcome center. This will allow people to have a center for meetings and will allow people to inquire about the temple I am Siddhu Pachipala. I am 11 years old. Wanting to make an impact on the world, I explored my community for opportunities. After inquiring, I learned that there was an opportunity in the Hindu Temple of the Woodlands. Contribution Overall, this community service experience has benefited both myself and the temple. It has allowed me meet new people and devote my passion to a greater cause. When I arrived, there was a plethora of things to complete. Carom Carom, similar to pool, is a game in which with a flick of a finger, strike a striker disk with a flick of the finger to make contact with and move disks called carrom men, which are propelled into one of four corner pockets.
