Transcript: Rainbow Crepe Cake Recipe by Melany Ingredient Ingredient - A carton of eggs (5 eggs) - 65 gram sugar - 1 gram salt - 5 gram vanilla extract - 250 gram cake flour - 625 gram milk - 90 gram melted unsalted butter - Food coloring (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, white) - Whipped cream (500 gram whipping cream + 50 gram sugar) =)) Whipped cream Whipping cream Step 1 Step 1 - 250 gram cake flour. - 5 eggs - A cup of milk - a tablespoon of melted butter - 65 gram sugar Whisk fast in a bowl Step 2 Step 2 - Whisk all the ingredient in step 1 well and fast. - Put the rest stuff all together to make a smooth mixture - Pour the mixture in step 2 into 6 small bowls. - Put a tin of different food colorings in each bowl. Step 3 Step 3 - Pour 1/3 each mixture in the pan (with medium heat) - Spread the mixture out. - Wait until its cook and turn to the other face. - Do the rest mixtures with same step. Step 4 Step 4 - Stack crepes on top of each other, starting with purple, then blue, green, yellow, orange, and red, spread whipped cream between each layer. - Cover the crepe cake in whipped cream, so that it’s fully white on the outside. Step 5 Step 5 - Decorate time!
