Transcript: Is it just me, or have you ever wondered what other wonders you could do to your body? How you would feel after these wonders? Well, just do research! There are plenty places to check for that kind of stuff. I'd like to see what else I can do with my body other than just increase muscular strength. What I've learned throughout the modules. One of the most obvious things I know about my health is a fast metabolism. I can eat and eat and eat and eat, and never gain weight. I think it's a gift, but in a way, it may affect me in my later life. That's why I would like to start the weight lifting. I also noticed that my left side of my body is weaker than right. I write with my right hand, can type only with my right hand, cook, etc. So I need to maybe do some hand exercises with my left side and maybe some bicep curls. In the next slides, I will show examples of some ways to improve your health using a personal fitness plan. When I come home from school, I usually just shove my face into anything I want. But every since I took this class, I feel like i should be changing how I eat. I should lay off the flours, sweets, and pretty much anything that is bad for you. I LOVE salads too so I could eat those more often to be healthier. But a problem with eating that healthy, is that I burn all the food away from fast metabolism. So in the end, I think weight building and gaining muscular strength is key to my life at the moment. All thought we can't get away from this savory sweets, it's possible just not to look at them anymore! Great with students, workers, family, etc. For example: With games like Jeopardy and Family Feud, players can pick practically any answers. The person who is running the game will have to have all of the answers in order to determine if players are correct or not. However, with a game like Who Wants to be a Millionaire, the players only have a choice between answers, A, B, C, or D. Therefore, when the player decides their answer, the person running the game clicks it, and the game will tell them whether they are right or wrong.
