Also, he mentions several inhumane acts . How Waller Proves His Thesis How Waller Proves His Thesis Says that genocide occurs when a specific group, race or ethnicity is violently targeted. Not to mention this native American "sanctuary" flew an American and white flag over the village. The Sand Creek Massacare The Sand Creek Massacare Between 500-600 tribe members were brutally murdered. Many of the men involved were put to trial and ones found guilty recived zero punishments. Psychologist and professor at Stanford University He wanted to find out what makes the prision guards so brutal to inmates PHILIP ZIMBARDO PHILIP ZIMBARDO Consisted of 12 inmates and 12 prison guards the 2 week experiment only lasts 6 days Guards recived sunglasses and police uniform Prisoners were stripped of their names and recived a number with prison outfits Guards and prisoners quickly fall into their roles STANFORD PRISON EXPERIMENT STANFORD PRISON EXPERIMENT Zimbardo learns that its not always the person thats bad its the situation that makes the person bad People will conform to the role that they are asigned and with power these people would test what they can get away with RESULTS RESULTS Island of Timor is an island located four-hundred miles north of Australia.
