Transcript: How has Cage the Elephant contributed to my life? The band has helped me to live a little and experience new things like music taste and style. They've also helped me to realize scary but things that just happen. They've also helped me to discover something I love which is music. How do the writers and the actual band members express their lifestyle through their music? Cage The Elephant is an indie/ alternative rock band. The band was originated in Kentucky. Their popularity has grown a lot in the past years. To write their music, they have to overcome fears and insecurities sometimes. As to the way they express themselves, they use unique sounds, instruments, etc. Their music sounds different with meanings behind them. What can you predict about their future? Just taking time off has helped them to create more. Also, connecting all of their ideas together has benefited them. Who are Cage the Elephant? What has helped them in writing? Cage the Elephant You can predict that other bands/artist will copy/ go on Cage The Elephant's path. Since copying is the best form of a compliment this doesn't have to be negative but it can be since people will take their uniqueness.

Transcript: There are three types of elephants. All species are endangered. They can swim. Largest land mammal. Elephants cannot jump. Elephants are very smart. They can hold up to 2 gallons of water in their trunk. They have very few enemies, because of their size. Their ears create heat. Their trunk is usually 7 feet long. They are nursed for 5 years. Uses for trunk Dusting Digging Foot Nose They are best known for their size. Asian Elephants are smaller then African Elephants. African Elephants have wrinkled skin and VERY big ears. Newborns weigh 200 pounds!! They can weigh more than 4 cars. They have short Padded Feet. A heard is 100 animals. They smell with their trunk. The longest pregnancy is 22 months. They do not sleep much. Elephants LOVE water. When it is overheated, it flaps it ears. Live to be about 70 years old. Eats grasses, roots, bark, and fruit. They can be as long as 11 feet.
