What you can control on your study: .Set aside a speific time each day to think about the things that keep you entering your mind and inferfering with your concentration. .Get dedicated space, chair, table, and lighting environment. .Avoid your cellphone, facebook etc. .If you like music don't let it be distraction .Limit your sctivities to one task, avoid disrupting your though patterns by trying mulit task. T (1) rating when you study: Being able to concentrate while you are studying is the key to well in your classes and tests. 6) Rewards: Give yourself a reward when you've compeleted a task. (5)e regular, scheduled breaks .Do something different different from what you've been .Perhaps walk around if you've been sitting or sit in a different area . (3) Preparation: Getting tready to study whatever subject you want to study. Get enough rest the night before, eat healthy meal, develop an interest in what you are studying. This can motivate you to concentrate better on your task. (4) To have focused mind and undivided attention when studying: Before you begin studying, take a few minutes to summarize a few objectives, gather what you will need and think of a general strategy of accomplishment. .Focus back on the subject with questions, outlining and maintain your attention there as long as possible.
