The company take quality good first and gets them into the hands of many hard working americans. I personally know several people who work at Fastenal and have used good from there on many occasions. It is located throughout North and South America and several other international countries. Over the company's history it has showed to be a very reliable investment by continuing to expand and become a more successful business. Fastenal has now expanded large enough where they have their own self sponsored racing team and compete in a nearly world wide market. Company Products Fastenal offers a wide range of items from hardware to tools as a bulk or to the individual. They use Quality products which remain at the top of the market which benefits their customers and their investors. They are a huge contributor to the construction and manufacturing industries because of much hardware made. Business sector Top Competition W.W. Grainger, Inc. MSC Industrial Direct Co., Inc. HD Supply, Inc. These three companies listed above all supply similar materials such as hardware and tools, however they do not have the same market availability as Fastenal. Fastenal has over 1.2 million products available in all 50 states and several other countries which surpasses all the competition. Fastenal happens to have a majority over the market of hardware in tools. Financial Status Fastenal has split one time in the last 5 years and that was in May of 2011 putting 803.4k shares on the table. It is a growing market and just keeps expanding and staying on the top. http://seekingalpha.com/article/1099931-the-short-case-for-fastenal January 8, 2013 Fastenal is a leading retail sales place for construction and maintenance projects. they have taken advantage on growth and and remains to be a very high preforming stock throughout its history. Brokers say that Fastenal may not be able to maintain such a rapid growth, but it remains to be one of the best semi-short term investments on the market today. The graphs shown on the website above shows how steep of a growth Fastenal has overcame. The history of Fastenal has shown that it is a great place to invest your money due to splits and growth. http://seekingalpha.com/article/1105871-msc-industrial-hits-the-cliff January 10, 2013 The fiscal Cliff hit industries hard. MSC which is Fastenal's top competitor took a very large hit from the threat of the fiscal cliff going over. Fastenal is growing at such a significant rate MSC is having trouble keeping up. It has been found that the small competition such as hometown stores are what really separates the two companies. Both MSC and Fastenal remain very competitive and a stable stock to invest in. Over the past 10 years both companies have shown huge growth without many declines. STOCK PORTFOLIO http://markets.on.nytimes.com/research/portfolio/view/view.asp My Opinion Yes, I would have no second thoughts to invest in Fastenal due to the growth i have seen not only in the three months I have watched it, but also due to the history of the company i have looked up. Over the last 5 years Fastenal has seen a nearly 160% increase which tells me it will continue to grow. This type of industry seems to be growing at a quite rapid rate which is saying there is opportunities for money to be made for an investor. I personally received a net gain for investing in this stock. http://markets.on.nytimes.com/research/portfolio/view/view.asp?container=B64ENCIk15IFBvcnRmb2xpbyI=&pageType=performance (look at history of performance) I do recommend using products you buy at Fastenal. They maintain high quality parts and reasonable prices. I believe that Fastenal is a Bull market to get into and would make a great long and short term investment. Bhiwadi's headline The objectives of a consultant are much different from that of an actual agent. The agent has the main job of selling a particular property, and making a profit from the sale of that home. Because of this, the agent will have a slightly different approach to their dealings with a consumer. A consultant, on the other hand, does not have the objective of selling a particular home. In fact, he is completely unbiased in the purchase or sale of a property. His primary concern is helping the consumer satisfy his needs in the real estate. There is no financial gain based on the sale of a home. Instead, profits are by the services offered. Once a sleepy town shunned by the property developers, Bhiwadi is now a rapidly growing town on NH-8, situated in the Alwar district of Rajasthan, bordering Haryana. The reason for growth is due to growth in infrastructure that has taken place over the past few years. Spread over 3,347 acres and with another 3,000 acres proposed for its extension, Bhiwadi has nearly 2,500 tiny, small, medium and large industries, including MNC industrial units manufacturing various types of products. They include all types of industries like automobiles, steel, electronics, textiles, pharmaceuticals, printing, cables, rolling mills, food processing and garments. Prominent industrial names in the town include Gillette, Kajaria Ceramics, Bausch & Lomb, Honda Siel Cars, and United Breweries, Pepsi, RayBan, Shree Cements, Saint Gobain etc. West Sirius Jack-Ups Future Of Bhiwadi BIIB AET Summary This is what we do at Terra Real Tech. DFC will be high axle new railway connectivity with multi model linkages. • Delhi Bullet train & Metro is also bieng proposed from Delhi to Alwar passing through Bhiwadi. • A road of about 60 km long is being planned from Shahjahanpur‐Neemrana‐Behror‐Bhiwadi road link via Azarka. • Bhiwadi will also be a part of the proposed Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC), making it a strategic location for Industries and hence for investor. This article was released today at 3:22pm, and it's hook, Volkswagen will become the biggest foreign car-maker in China (the world's largest automobile market). By December 5th VW was 3 million marks ahead of it's second placed rival, GM. GM, or General Motors, is an American company while Volkswagen is a German company, both foreign to China. The domestic market for automobiles in China, CAAM, however has went down 1.3% from 41.3% share, which makes it an even 40%. In efforts to repair the market, Beijing has forced foreign markets to transfer new technology with domestic markets. Overall, even if competition increases among GM and VW, foreign companies in China will lead the market place, despite efforts to give domestic companies a competitive edge. Regulations can not make up for the fact that domestic companies aren't producing new and fresh products. This is the main reason VW is ahead of GM because the American company lacked new models. VW is also investing about 25 billion dollars compared to the quite modest investments from GM in China. Abroad, for overall investors, Beijing is removing regulations that restricted foreign companies like reducing tariffs on foreign cars and removing the requirement that foreigners sign up with local joint ventures. These regulations were set for
