Skills like leadership and an entrepreneurial mindset are critical in today's competitive world. The sooner they are developed, the better equipped for success a child is. Unfortunately, they are not taught in school and parents sometimes struggle with the right method to develop them in their children. RHF is uniquely positioned to help military parents instill in their children, important leadership skills. We believe that learning by playing is the most effective child development method, and by bringing parents into the play scenarios, we will also strengthen family bonds and create a better understanding between family members. 17 Logistics Teamwork April How to explain your ideas effectively How to really listen How to communicate your needs and feelings How to manage conflicts 15 July
