Complete first set of orders (6) for wedding favors. Within 3 months - Complete first quarter of sales. Determine opportunity for growth/improvement as needed (product placement, website, consumer options available specifically for wedding favors). Within 3 to 12 months - Continue to track quarterly sales (ensuring goal of 8,000 sold). Manage cannery/space available to maintain quality product. Track growth and monthly quota to staff and produce enough product to fulfill need. One year plus Consider expanding market to additional stores/locations. About Our Jam Budgeting Contingencies Get additional vendors/suppliers if demands aren't met to get product to shelves. Start looking for additional space if the business grows beyond the cannery. Be willing to cut back if Award winning Jam grows too quickly and allow it to grow gradually, reducing stress and preventing poor products or service. Vision and Mission Slotting fee for shelf space at Sprouts and Whole Foods are each $5,000. Award Winning Jam projects selling 8,000 jars a quarter. Based on the stores data of how many jars are sold a month Selling wedding favors for $4.00 a jar. Costs $1.50 to make each 2.5 ounce jar. This includes jam, jar, ribbon, label, advertising and shipping. 6 wedding orders, totaling $4,800, need to be completed by 7/4/2014. Our jams are produced in a cannery that abides by the FDA standards to certify as a gluten free organization. Technology and staff are in place to test for signs of gluten on a weekly basis to help prevent cross contamination. Research shows that the gluten free market is a 10.5 billion dollar industry and has a high potential market. Business model plan is to continue to be known as a local business, with opportunity to expand and get our product to all potential consumers - country wide. Homemade jam companies costs can be low. Even in tough times, consumers still seek out comfort foods. (Huffstutter, 2010) Timeline Reference

Award-Winning book

Transcript: A Storm of Swords George R. R. Martin "A riveting continuation of a series whose brilliance continues to dazzle" -The Patriot News The North Daenerys, continued... She has made friends, however, and travels with three baby dragons that she hatched from ancient fossilized eggs that were born 300 years ago in the land where the Targaryens originated. Her dragons are the last three in existence, and she gets gifts from wealthy merchants in all the cities that she visits. Her full title is Daenerys Stormborn, the Unburnt (resistant to fire), Queen of Meereen (city she conquered with her slave army), Queen of the Andals (one of the races of people of Westeros) and the Rhoyenar (another of the races of people of Westeros) and the First Men (the third of the races of people of Westeros), Khaleesi of Great Grass Sea, Breaker of Shackles and Mother of Dragons. She is ultimately the most just person that has ever been described to me in any context, and in my opinion, an i deal State would be one ruled by her. Throughout her life she has suffered the abuse of her brother, who blames her for the death of their mother, and who sold her to the Dothraki for an army and died because of it. She and Viserys have always fled when they fear a spy or assassin paid by King Robert, and throughout her hardships she has known suffering and injustice, and I believe that the perfect ending to her part in the series would be one where she regains her father's throne and rules as queen of Westeros. Tyrion Lannister is a dwarf, the sibling of Jaime and Cersei Lannister, deformed son and only source of shame for the mighty Lord Tywin Lannister. He is always discriminated in secret for being a deformed dwarf, but his high birth, wealth and influence (and the power and wealth of his father) keeps him in general high regard of most others. He is relatively just, and has far more pity for the innocent and unfortunate than his queen sister. During the War of Five Kings, he takes his father's place as advisor to the king while Lord Tywin plays at war. He uses his political power and cunning to try to prevent the common-people from finding out that King Robert was assasinated by Cersei and that the children heirs are Jaime's. He is one of the most strategic and cunning characters in the series, and one of my favorites as a result. Daenerys Targaryen is the exiled princess of the Old Regime that was overthrown by King Robert Baratheon. Her father, Aerys (known as the mad king), was the last Targaryen King to rule, the last several kings since 300 years previously when the Targaryens first landed on Westeros, conquered the lands, and united the kingdoms. They are a race of people from the others side of the earth, with stark-white to golden hair, fair skin and deep amethyst to purple-colored eyes. The Targaryen sigil is a dragon breathing fire, and each of the Targaryens can tolerate extreme fire. Just before the murder of her father and most of her family in the capital city, her brother Viserys and her mother, pregnant with Daenerys, escape the city and sail to the distant, independent city-state of Braavos. Her mother dies in childbirth and Viserys and Daenerys are raised as orphans while protected by an exiled knight of the Kingsguard that helped them escape. Upon his death ten years later and five years before the story takes place, this loyal knight dies and the royal siblings fend on their own, trying to escape the hired assassins that King Robert sends to end them and the threat they pose. He "One of the more rewarding examples of gigantism in cotemporary fantasy . . . richly imagined" -Publishers Weekly (starred review) "High fantasy doesn't get any better than this" -The Oregonian adsf Capital City: Kings Landing tsytr In my opinion, this is a fantastic fantasy series. There are multiple examples of many elements of human nature and behavior, and the storyline is enormously detailed. There are really several different stories all in one series, and each story has main characters, whose perspective tells the story. I literally could not put down these books, and every time Martin extends the date of release for the next book (he has alzheimers), I need a moment to recouperate. I strongly reccomend this series to anybody who has an interest in fantasy, history, or well-written novels. Hey wha Heyyyyy Hey dog adfs "Enough grit and action to please even the most macho . . . a page-turner" -The Dallas Morning news Cersei Lannister, the evil, brilliant, cunning, manipulative widow of King Robert, lover of her brother Jaime, and queen of Westeros. Daenerys of house Targaryen, daughter of Aerys III Targaryen the 'mad king' and his sister, Raenys Targaryen. Rightfull heir of the throne of Westeros and master of the only three dragons in existance. Cersei Lannister-Baratheon quite simply defines the word 'b*tch.' She is the daughter of Lord Tywin, of the western part of Westeros. She is the queen of Westeros, being the wife of King Robert
