As far, we have presented to you a brief definition of Engineering management and innovation, and we have illustrated their application in the society. We have discussed about several cultural issues and their impact on the society. we have brought forward a clear picture of the international treaties being conducted and how are they conducted.

We have also elaborated on World trade Organization and its role in the business community. Although drawbacks of such organization exist. However, the service offered is much more helpful.

Established in 1st January 1995, under the Uruguay Round negotiation (1986-1984).

Located at Geneva, Switzerland.
Consists of 159 countries up to 2nd March 2013.

Treaty is a formal, written agreement between Sovereign States and international organizations ( definition)
Treaties signed with aboriginal people in Canada between 1701 and 1923 are commonly referred to as historic treaties;
Treaties negotiated today are known as modern treaties.
Treaty agreement is governed by international law

Types of Treaties
1- multilateral treaties:
(many nations are, or can be many parties)
Example :
("Paris Convention")
2- bilateral treaties
(only two states are, or can be two parties)

independent body responsible for facilitating treaty negotiations among the governments of Canada, British Columbia and First Nations.
