In HotelinQ Business Plan, Globalti has defined the creation of an international network of partners to resell the solution.

We believe in a model of trust and closeness to the customer, therefore we think that the best way to get it is a strategic alliance in every country where we think there is a potential market for HotelinQ.

This alliance is really interesting and profitable for the partner due to the amount of services and customizations around HotelinQ.
Partner Profile
Companies or professionals who do business in the Hospitality industry.
HotelinQ Partner Model
Partners can be either IT Consulting or Management Consulting Firms, with experience in Hospitality Business or Business Intelligence projects. Depending on the level of engagement they want to have, there are two Partnership Options available.
For companies or professionals that do or do not have a cloud infrastructure, and HASP Microstrategy contract licenses, but do have a qualified professional team to implement BI projects and whose interest extends beyond that of the sale of SaaS HotelinQ licenses and that see this solution as a new line of business to generate an added value for their potential clients by selling new solutions, developments, consultancy services, maintenance, etc.
Corporate:
For companies or professionals that do not have a cloud infrastructure, nor HASP Microstrategy contract licenses, nor a qualified technical team for the implementation of the projects, whose interest is focused on the distribution and sale of SaaS HotelinQ licenses as a supplement to the economic activity they carry out.
Reseller:
Microstrategy Partners.
Integrators of PMS or Business Intelligence solutions.
Independent IT Consultants or freelancers.

The whole HotelinQ Platform including DB Model, BI Metadata, ETLs, Documentation.
In order to speed up Sales there will be a half- day session HotelinQ’s Sales Enablement Training. Partner’s Sales will be provided together with a Platform Access to our Cloud infrastructure for Demo Purposes. In the Case that a Pre-Sales Proof of Concept is needed Globalti will help with Pre-Sales Support.
Optional Training Program of 3 days will be given to the Partner (2 Day for BI System and 2 Days for ETL) at the price of 1,500€ each. Training can be held via live meeting or physically on either Globalti Offices in Spain (Palma de Mallorca, Madrid or Barcelona) or at Partner Location at Partner’s Expenses.
Hosting SaaS:
Partner can take advantage of Globalti Cloud Infrastructure to avoid System, DB and BI License Expenses. Partners can resell connections to any price they want, provided that they pay 50€/User per month to Globalti. According to customers needs, functionalities may vary amongst projects and users. Functionalities are divided in add-ons and it is possible to add multiples.

Technical Support
Technical Support, New Releases and Hot-Fixes are included. Full Tech Support is provided: Levels 1, 2 and 3 (Users, Developer, and Platform).
HotelinQ Set-Up
Globalti will set up HotelinQ at Partner’s installation. Globalti will set up HotelinQ project inside a pre-configured MicroStrategy installation.
Sales Training
A half- day session of HotelinQ Sales Enablement Training is included in order to provide all Knowledge to Sales people and speed up Sales.

Training Program of 3 days will be given to the Partner (1 Day for BI System and 2 Days for ETL). Training can be held via live meeting or physically on either Globalti Offices in Spain or at Partner’s Location under Partner’s Expenses.
Technical Support
Technical Support, New Releases and Hot-Fixes are included in the Yearly Maintenance. Tech Support is only for Level 3 – Platform is not open to Final Partner’s Clients.
Co-Marketing
Globalti will promote Co-Marketing actions with partners participating in international Fairs. Globalti will also evaluate its participation in Local fairs suggested by partners.
BI Maturity Model in Hospitality
This is a great tool to position HotelinQ and BI in a Hotel Company. The study allows to highlight in which of the 5 stages of BI Maturity is each of the areas and sub-areas of the hotel chain, and proposes actions to perform depending on the current stage and aspirations.
