The "Perfect" Cow Beef Master The Beef Master Breed is the first American Composite Breed. A composite breed is a combination of three or more breeds to make a single new breed. Other Important Information....... One of the very few Cons of the Beef Master Breed are the fact that it is hard to keep the genetics the same because the Beef Master is a combination of three or more breeds of cattle. Cons The Beef Master breed have many desirable qualities, too many to write down, that include; minimal calving problems and a high fertility rate. Pros Of The Breed The Beef Master is referred to as "The Perfect Cow" because it was bred for the most desirable traits. It has strong maternal traits; excellent carcass abilities; and is heat, drought, and insect repellant. Physical Characteristics The Beef Master is normally light or dark red with white mottle on their face. Color Origination of the Beef Master The Beef Master first originated in Texas.
