Regular -ir and -er verbs in the present tense are similar to one another... with just a few exceptions.
Now you try!
Replace the infinitive
[verb]
in each sentence with
the appropriate conjugated form:
Los maestros
[escribir]
en el pizarrón.
Elena y yo
[leer]
los libros.
Yo nunca
[compartir]
las galletas.
El gato blanco siempre
[comer]
el pollo.

[beber]
los refrescos con la cena.
escriben
leemos
comparto
come
bebes
Of course, some verbs don't follow this pattern.
We call those
irregular
verbs.
Un ejemplo
Mackenzie
[aprender]
las matemáticas.
aprende
Nosotros
[discutir]
en la clase de inglés.
discutimos

Teaira eats bread and yogurt.
Marwan and Alex share the beverages.
We are making hamburgers.
