Ghana Era of Power
the Ghana empire lasted from the 9th century to the 11th
some of the rulers were Bassi who lasted 1040a.d. to 1068a.d.
by the 16th century one of the kingdoms emerged dominate power and was conquering tribes left and right
in the 19th century the slave trade was demolished

Constitutional democracy:
The government has been changing between national democratic congress and new patriotic party
Change in Beliefs:
They kept their religion until 9 century then met
Muslims.
Ghana changed religions to practice
Muslim beliefs.
It was learned by arab traders. It split the empire into to 2 cities, the

relgion and
Muslim beleifs.
Then in 1076 the
Almoravids
took over and attempted to make Muslim beliefs the only religion because the were muslims but they failed.
