Aztec Maya Mexico is one of the places were it started. A baby born with crossed eyes was ment to be beautiful. Mm The Mayas always had a person to be the highest priest. Mayas still eat and dance the same way they did hundreds of years ago. Girls married at 16 and boys at 20. The king spoke for everyone. For breakfast the Aztecs ate Corn porridge or corn cakes. Prisoners of war were used for sacrifices. Incas Incas lived in tribes. Inca children were not named at birth. Farmers didn't use animals for work. Inca soldiers were armed with short wooden clubs. Incas loved to weave cloth. Incas spoke a language called Quechua. It took less than 100 years to build the incas empire. In 1525 Incas ruled more than 12 million people, speaking 20 different languages. There empire was more than 2,000 miles long. They had 30,000 miles of well built roads. mesoamerican history

Mayans settled in a place that is now known as the Yucatan Peninsula. The Mayan civilization collapsed in A.D. 822. If an Aztec cut down a living tree that person would be killed. Noble girls and boys went to seperate noble schools. Noble girls started training for marriage at age twelve. Noble boys started training for war on their thirteenth birthday. Aztecs played two games called tlachtli and patolli. Chocolate was only eaten by warriors and nobles.
