GRAPEFRUIT DIET
What is it?
The Grapefruit diet has been around for a long time, it's a short-term, quick weight loss plan
Lasts for 12 days
Reported results have shown that patients gain the weight back in a couple of days
What you can eat
Butter, salad dressing, fried goods
