The battle between generations has now moved to the digital front. With technology evolving each day, people need to adapt to face the century of Speed.
The question is : Who is losing the battle and who is getting ahead? Helped reshape USA & Europe after WWII.
Like:loyalty, clarity, stability, respect hierarchy and management positions
Hate: globalization.

In UK in 2004: controlled 80% of the wealth and owned 80% of the luxury cars BABY BOOMERS: 1961-1981 GENERATION X Like: long term perspectives, loyal to a company, stability -skeptical, analyze all angles before taking a decision.Take after their parents who used to spend a lot of time at work.Preffer working alone
-they don't have time for themselves GENERATION Y -master technology , own an iPhone, iPad all gadgets that allow them to use Facebook and Twitter in excess.
-change their jobs often, look out for a company and a position that will guarante a big salary and flexible schedules
-overly confident and easily bored they need to be promoted quickly and depend on positive feedback from their managers.
-education and training usually in a foreign country as to satisfy their passion for travel .
-enthusiastic and dynamic , they take swift decisions and communicate easily even with superiors.

Like: free time , can't imagine living without a private life.
beeing connected , beeing dinamic, changing gears. GENERATION Z profficient at gathering and processing information , the Z generation is highly dependent on feedback and conectivity.
Their major flaw is that they lack the skills to communicate, are rationally impared and have no sense of reflection
Tend to be lonely and dependent on tehnological artefacts the wired generation NUMBERS: Regarding Generation Y 56% -expect to obtain a high level position within 3 years from their employment.
75% are satisfied with their current jobs although 57% don't wish to maintain the position for more than 2 years.
83 candidates fight for 1 position
63% have a Linked In Account and are searching for a job through social media outputs.
90% are willing to travel and or move to another city if the job requires it
