Main business philosophy- manufacturing and marketing cakes and snack food
packed and ready to eat products:
i. Corn based snacks
ii. Cake products such as Swiss Rolls
iii. Pie Cakes and Layer Cakes
London Biscuits also manufactures range assorted chocolate confectionery
chocolate-coated peanuts and biscuits
jelly and puddings
Wants to become the dominant and regional one stop centre for Confectionery to supply the their products to ASEAN market.
Focus on brand building campaign to build on its successes with the brand positioning of its “London Roll” and “Fruitplus” brands in 2013.

The company needs to do retrenchment strategies where the company reduces the level’s activity. They also can choose to produce product that low cost but get demand in market.
4. RIGHT SIZING
Choose to do defensive strategy for the company if they in a critical financial situation.
