To create an account, start out by going to otms.nrhh.org. At this website, you will be able to create an account by clicking on the link on the left hand side of the screen that says 'Create Account'.
On this page, you will select that you are from The University of Southern Indiana. And click submit.
You will have to wait until your account is activated, which is usually completed within 24 hours

Once your account has been activated, you are ready to write OTMs.
If you create an account, you will be able to continue to edit your submitted OTMs up until the submission deadline for the month.
You can also keep track of all of the OTMs you ever write.
1. Get comfy and grab a snack
2. Pick a category
3. Write a thorough description of person/program, the more detail the better
4. Must be month specific
Explaining how the student, staff member, or program goes outside of what is normally done makes an OTM great.
Be descriptive, creative, and inventive when talking about people and events
include as much specific detail as possible, especially about things that positively contributed to the residence hall community
The best OTMS approach the maximum word count of 600 words.
Tips for writing a winning OTM
Must be something that happened during the month you are writing the OTM.
If you are writing an OTM about an RA for the month of May, make sure to specifically mention all of the great things that RA did during the month of May.
OTMs are due by 11:59 PM on the 1st day of every month to be considered for the previous month.

For example, OTMs for the month of September are due to otms.nrhh.org by 11:59 PM on October 1st.
If you have any questions about writing an OTM, or the OTM process, please feel free to contact an NRHH Member, or email us at wsunrhh@gmail.com and we will help you out!
