How do I stay healthy?
WHAT GOES IN MUST COME OUT!
-Dehydration is a SELF-INFLICTED injury!
-It occurs when water intake is less than output.
-In cold dry weather, you sweat without realizing it and lose moisture when you breathe.
-Thirst is the first sign!
-Dark urine means you're already dehydrated!
-Can lead to body shut-down, organ failure, and coma

Carry and sip water all day!
Eat a balanced meal even if you don't like it!
