WHY?
“Crime is not a cyclical beast, like business”
What are saying?
“Policing is more proactive…It’s getting harder to
commit crime…Cameras are everywhere…”
“Law enforcement has worked with community groups for years
to develop programs to keep youths engaged...provide

them outlets, and combat crime.

Southeast Asian Gangs
It's about sets, not colors.
The Top gangsters are some of the
top students.
Most Asian gangsters are some of the most
loved & doted on children.
Millenium youth don't have to join
In Addition to what the pros are saying... ABOUT
a gang to be in a gang.
Today's Youth can be part of the PLAY
Station or face book gang.
Whether youth are playing non-violent games like
or shooting others in Battle Field or Call of Duty.
97 percent of teens play video games...

The longer they're stuck in the game world, the less
time they'll have in the real world.
= probability of youth getting into trouble is decreased...
Bejeweled, or committing crimes in GTA,
Per a Study...conducted by The Christian Science Monitor
88 percent of my nieces and nephews
play video games.
Per my survey.
My two sons can game as long as they want...
As long as grades are good, HW & chores are
complete.
Per my experience.
Note: 9 PM bedtime except on Fri and Sat nights.
Youth can have all the benefits of a positive social
life through games without all the risks of real life.
Youth can have a real life when they grow up...
with a more developed cerebral cortex.
