The term music originates from the Latin "music" which in turn derives from the Greek word " mousike " and referring to the education of the spirit which was placed under the invocation of the muses of the arts.
It can be said that music is the art which consists in providing the sounds and silences of a certain organization . The result of this order is logical , consistent and pleasing to the ear .
Music, in short, is to combine sounds and silences. Sound , in turn, may be infinite since it is possible to work with many variations in duration, intensity , height and tone. Also, is an art that accompanies the life of the human being from the beginning of history. According to some theories explaining its origin took place from trying to imitate sounds that exist in nature and sounds from the inside of the human being as the heartbeat .


Singers who had more influence on the history of music were: John Lennon, Michael Jackson, Bob Dylan, Evlis Presley, Frank Sinatra, Freddie Mercury and Bruce Srpingsteen.
John Lennon: was born in United States, He was a musician and compositor, he jump to fame like one founding member of The Beatles.
Michael Jackson: was born in Los Angeles, was a singer, songwriter, and dancer pop music. His contribution to music, dance and fashion, along with his publicized personal life, made him a figure of popular culture.
Freddie Mercury: was born in England. He was a performer, he has been recognized by her powerful voice and flamboyant performances. wrote many hits such as "Bohemian Rhapsody", "Killer Queen", "Somebody to Love", "Do not Stop Me Now", "Crazy Little Thing Called Love," "Barcelona" and "We Are the Champions".
Elvis Presley ;was born in Tennessee, was an American singer and actor of the most popular of the twentieth century, considered a cultural icon and widely known by his first name, Elvis.
