Kate Baltera, Kalia Evans Truth & Freedom Opening Pray Loving heavenly Father, we come to you this hour asking for your blessing and help as we are get together. We pray for guidance in the matters at hand and ask that you would clearly show us how to conduct our life with a spirit of joy and enthusiasm. Give us the desire to find ways to excel in our work. Help us to work together and encourage each other to excellence. We ask that we would challenge each other to reach higher and farther to be the best we can be. What is one lie you hold on to and really feel terrible about?

What can you do to set yourself free from lying?

What is one lie in the media that you remember? Write a sorry note to someone you really love and have done something, you are sorrowful for. This will not be shared with anyone so do not worry about that. Decorate it and color.
