If you haven't already heard, the bill HB 851 was passed by Senate yesterday! This bill will allow undocumented immigrants to pay in-state tuition to attend Florida’s post-secondary schools. This revises the residency requirements by “prohibiting denial of classification as a resident for tuition purposes based on certain immigration status." All supporters of AIC and FAIR are being asked to protest against the bill. Allowing benefits to illegal immigrants will go against what the organization stands for. AIC's goal is to deport all illegals. This will give illegals more reasons to come to the U.S. illegally. With these added benefits, the U.S. is basically inviting people to cross our borders illegally and have benefits . Everyone needs to call their local representative so they can hear what they have to say.
