one communicates, especially when you want to be understood by people with different personalities from yours.
The 6 types of personalities
1. Harmonizer

: sensibility (talent), empathy, supportive
2. Persister
Strengths
: responsibility (if they trust the authority), very good evaluators (according to their own beliefs), loyalty.

PCM was developed in the '70s by Dr Taibi Kahler
1978 - NASA started using this program for the selection and training of astronauts
PCM helps in identifying the 6 types of possible personalities one could have.
By doing so, you can better understand how you should communicate to people, depending on both their personality and yours
