The songs symbolism is a love that was destroy
The word Miley uses in the song are so deep. like "we clawed, we chained, our hearts in vain, we jumped never asking why..."
The song is about a broken heart. Miley was engaged but Liam called it off. Miley was wrecked she felt like a wrecking ball hit her heart. when she says " i never hit so hard in love.." she means that she was so deep in love that everything came by surprise. She was destroyed emotionally. She repeats "i came in like a wrecking ball" she repeats it because it means that she was wrecked and her heart was really broken.
The attitude towards the song is very strong. Miley uses some words that are deep.
In the begging of the song, it starts of slow song and sad, after a bit the song goes strong and she repeats "i came in like a wrecking ball"
After analyzing the song, i realized the title was about how her heart was broken. She felt like if a wrecking ball hit her heart when the engagement was called off.
The theme is a love story that went wrong.
