DESING THINKING PROCESS by
TAKE IT HOME!
Challenge your eyes to see the things as if you have never seen them before!
DARE TO FAIL!
Failure is part of the journey! not the end of it....
Move on from "problem solving" and go beyond words, have fun, make it real but keep it simple!
CAPITAL SIN 1:
what can a another course teach me that I do not
CAPITAL SIN 2:
not to broad? not to narrow? what do you want from me!!!!!! It´s just a problem statement!! not nuclear engineering!!!!
CAPITAL SIN 3:
+ 50 IDEAS? mmmm, okey.... 1, 2, 3,(...), 18, 19, 20!
I am too tired! I have 20 really good ones!
I do not need any more ideas!
CAPITAL SIN 5:
I am going to test it... they are going to love it!...
because it is great! isn´t it? don´t you think?
mmm, I suspect I might have an intense desire for everybody to love the idea, and that is becoming more important than building a truly approach between the prototype and
CAPITAL SIN 4:
Ok, just paper and rubber bands... mmm, this is fun! I need clips!!.... now tape... now fabric and post-it!! done!
this looks horrible, I need a graphic designer right now! I am gonna call one... my idea is great! it has to look great also! the dead line? ohhhh my God! no time! Now I have to send what I did!... at least I had a lot of fun!
CAPITAL SIN 6:
To take it where? I do not want to go home! I am having fun! I am resetting my mind! I am learning! This experience really surprise me! I do not want this to end! I want more! let´s start all over!
CAPITAL SIN 7:
Ok, it´s over...I packed all the tools that you, my dear DT Lab, gave me... but I want you to know that I am jealous of all that cool people I met during the course and trough videos that already have DT incorporated in their every day personal and work life!
I will start experimenting with the DT skills right away at home: I need to find a way to organize all my stuff!!! really small, but believe me, really hard!
I plan to applied DT skills to the problem of
Sustainability around the world.
And I already started to prototype my idea "FLAP!"
(to be continued...)
in your shoes
LOVE THE EXPERIENCE!
