Sexual harassment can happen everywhere...
The harasser may or may not be aware that his or her behavior is sexual harassing and unlawful
The victim can be the intended recipient or a 3rd party observer
There may or may not be witnesses
The harassment can be one time or repetitive
The harasser's conduct
must be unwelcome

Transmitting or posting emails or pictures of a sexual or other harassment-related nature
If it comes to harassment
DON’T HIDE IT !
Go and speak with one of your colleagues and dare to go to the works committee !
Submit an official complaint to the supervisor , general management or HR department
BECAUSE : Everyone of them is obligated to proof and follow up your complaint !
If nothing happens
Refusing the work partially or entirely with continued pay
Terminating without notice
The taskmasters are obligated to guard their employees from violations!
