it is necessary to budget carefully to find out the funding needed by the event and to provide a monitoring system in the planning and implementation of the event.
Each activity should be analyzed as follows

PRODUCE SYSTEMS AND INFORMATION THAT ARE CLEAR AND UNDERSTOOD BY EVERYONE INVOLVED.
