we encourage giving and receiving feedback as we see it as a great tool enabling self-discovery
we welcome any feedback from any of our Members that leads to improvement of our performance
and effectiveness
we want leaders of LC Lodz to be self-aware as it is the first step of discovering the leader within
we see alignment of our personal goals with the goals of the organisation and we use AIESEC XP for
our personal development; we want every Member to do the same
we believe that our Members mostly (in 70%) develop through the activities they undertake in AIESEC and
responsibility they bear; AIESEC can only develop potential of people who actively engage in activities
we provide; if they are not active, they do not develop and so there no reason for them to stay in the organization
similarly, as AIESEC realizes its goals through projects, those that do not bring those results have no reason to exist
by goals of AIESEC we mean here exchange (MoS: TN, EP raising and realization) and Members development (MoS: amount of money raised)
we manage exchange strategically
we only raise TNs and EPs which are matchable
our projects are based on thorough analysis of supply and demand (internal) as well as market research and competitive analysis (external)
we take into consideration diversity and quality of interns, internships and EPs
