leadership is you have a vision. It has to be a vision you articulate clearly and forcefully on every occasion. You can't blow an uncertain trumpet.
Rely on discipline, not emotion
One key to effective leadership is making
yourself the kind of person others want
to follow. You must become someone
others trust to take them where they want
to go. You must have vision and the ability to articulate it.

The personal vision statement
focuses on three main questions and four consideration:
*How do I face the future (Courage)
* What will my life say about the type of
person I am (character)
* What is the value of my word (integrity)
* What do I believe (belief)

Experiences: There are no good or bad experiences there is only experience. What have you learned? What are my Defining Moments? Who have I looked to for support?
