Bibliography: Famous Artist: Jose Campeche A Water Issue Puerto Rico faces One of Puerto Rico's major water issues is the unreliable and costly water service there. Many people either don't get water at all or they distrust the quality of the water they do receive. Also, it's the poorest people in the country that have to pay for the inefficient system. Although Puerto Rico has an adequate supply of water, poor management causes this to be a big problem in Puerto Rico. Fun Facts: National Flower: Puerto Rican hibiscus
