Transcript of Bullying Prezi

Bullying We've all seen it. Whether we are the bully, The Bystander, Or The Victim. Why Bullying? What Can We do about it? What Happens if We Don't Stop it? I chose to make a project on bullying because bullying is everywhere. It is at school, home, extra curricular activities, and anywhere in public. We have all seen bullying, and we don't know what to do when we see it. If you are the bully: If you are the bystander: If you are a bully, just stop. You may believe you're being funny, or getting attention, but that is all negative. You should think about what you are doing and make the best decision possible. A bystander is like a witness of the bullying action. If you are a bystander the easiest thing to do is just tell the bully that it isn't funny and stick up for the victim. When you don't think its funny, then others wont either and the bully wont have an audience. Without an audience, the bully will most likely stop. If you are the victim: If you are the victim, stand up for yourself. If you are scared, then tell a trusted adult. There is no need to have to be bullied ever. An adult will help you and you will feel much better. What is Bullying?
Bullying is unwanted, aggressive behavior among school aged children. The behavior is repeated, or has the potential to be repeated, over time. Bullying includes actions such as making threats, spreading rumors, attacking someone physically or verbally, and excluding someone from a group on purpose. If we can't stop the problem of bullying, more and more kids will be hurt. The affects of bullying are endless, hurt to themselves or even suicide can occur to the victims. If we can't stop the bleeding, it will only get worse. So stand up against bullying and speak out! Together we can end it and save our friends!
